Perhaps a computer store in hong kong. But you don't need to go all the way there just to do that. Just look around your area and you might find a store which can physically change your psp so that your psp is back in 1.50.

Yeh, even the rumors of "downgrading at 3.40" dont exist at this time.

But I'm wondering, how did the LCS somehow get a downgrader for 3.03? If there was a downgrader for 3.03 in LCS, why not get it copied onto the internet and make it public to everyone who needs it?

so the LCS has a dl for 3.03 so the firmware comes first but in order to put in thte firmware you need to down grade the psp.. makes sense. i just cant wait to do it to mine...

Doesn't quite work that way. If there was a downgrader for 3.40 that would bring you straight down to 1.50. Unfortunately, the highest downgrader available in the internet is 2.71 (You only get 3.03 downgrader in LCS and you cant get the game LCS with its downgrader by simply searching the internet), so its going to take a very long time before any downgrader higher than 3.11 to come out.
