I think the new 3.80/3.90 Apple Cor is not as good as the oringal 3.52 Apple Cor. To avoid repeating my self I will explain once here in detail with pictures and link here!
Waves
The Apple Cor for 3.52 uses different waves, the 3.80 one uses the original waves... Look at the screenshots that folow...
Sweet Edit 1: The Browser
On the original it says "You are about to quit Safari, the new one says the generic one...

The original Apple Cor modified the "About PSP Screen" the new one shows the orignal...

Finally the browsing in the xMB is cooler on 3.52!

Also:
If you look in 3.52 the music MS icon is red, photo is blue, and video is green; in 3.80 they are all blue (nothing against blue, it's a good color, but having different is cooler!)
Also look at these images again:
Aside from the different text, and the waves (as I already mentioned), the 3.52 icons are smoother, the 3.80 one has a black line above it for this icon...

Holy Crap a CTF for 4.01 M33 might be the return of Apple Cor.
The waves are there again and the quicktime icon.. Looking it over...
